동물보호법 시행규칙 제36조의7(인증농장 및 동물복지축산물의 표시)

① 법 제62조에 따른 인증농장의 표시 기준 및 방법은 별표 9의4와 같다.

② 법 제63조제1항 및 제2항에 따른 동물복지축산물 표시에 관한 기준 및 방법은 별표 9의5와 같다. 다만, 법 제63조제1항제3호 및 제4호에 따른 축산물의 경우에는 최종 제품에 남아 있는 동물복지축산물의 원료 함량이 50퍼센트 이상인 경우에만 별표 9의5 제1호가목에 따른 표시 도형을 사용할 수 있다.

③ 제2항에도 불구하고 동일한 종류의 인증을 받지 않은 원료가 혼합된 경우에는 최종 제품에 남아 있는 동물복지축산물의 원료 함량이 50퍼센트 이상인 경우에도 별표 9의5 제1호가목에 따른 표시 도형을 사용할 수 없다.
