동ㆍ서ㆍ남해안 및 내륙권 발전 특별법 제10조(행위 등의 제한)

① 개발구역 안에서 건축물의 건축, 공작물의 설치, 토지의 형질변경, 토석의 채취, 토지분할, 물건을 쌓아놓는 행위 등 대통령령으로 정하는 행위를 하고자 하는 자는 관할 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장의 허가를 받아야 한다. 허가를 변경하고자 하는 경우에도 또한 같다.

② 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 행위는 제1항에도 불구하고 허가를 받지 아니하고 이를 할 수 있다.

③ 제1항에 따라 허가를 받아야 하는 행위로서 개발구역의 지정ㆍ고시 당시 이미 관계 법령에 따라 행위허가(관계 법령에 따라 허가를 받을 필요가 없거나 신고로 가능한 경우를 포함한다)를 받아 그 공사 또는 사업을 완료하지 아니한 자는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 신고하여야 한다.

④ 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제1항을 위반하여 허가 또는 변경허가를 받지 아니한 자에 대하여는 원상회복을 명할 수 있다.

⑤ 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제4항에 따라 원상회복의 명령을 받은 자가 그 명령을 이행하지 아니하는 경우에는 「행정대집행법」에 따라 이를 대집행할 수 있다.
