Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on the Development of the East, West, and South Coastal Areas and Inland Areas, Article 22 (Preparation of Basic Survey Plan, etc.)

① 법 제13조제1항에 따라 시ㆍ도지사 또는 사업시행자가 기초조사를 할 때에는 조사의 목적, 대상지역, 조사기간, 조사방법 및 조사내용 등이 포함된 기초조사 계획서를 작성하여야 한다.
