Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on the Development of the East, West, and South Coastal Areas and Inland Areas, Article 10 (Public Notice of Designation or Change of Development Zones)

국토교통부장관은 법 제7조제5항에 따라 개발구역을 지정ㆍ변경할 때에는 다음 각 호의 사항을 관보에 고시하고, 관계 행정기관의 장 및 지방자치단체의 장에게 통보하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>
