도시철도법 시행령 제11조(지하부분 사용에 대한 보상방법 등)

① 도시철도건설자가 법 제9조제1항에 따라 토지의 지하부분 사용에 대한 보상을 할 때에는 토지소유자에게 개인마다 일시불로 보상금액을 지급하여야 한다.

② 도시철도건설자는 제1항에 따라 보상한 보상금액, 보상면적 및 토지의 지하부분 사용의 세부 내용을 관할 지방자치단체의 장에게 통보하여야 한다.
