도시재생 활성화 및 지원에 관한 특별법 제57조(관계 서류의 열람 및 보관 등)

① 도시재생사업의 시행자(혁신지구사업시행자를 포함한다. 이하 같다)는 도시재생사업의 시행을 위하여 필요하면 등기소나 그 밖의 관계 행정기관의 장에게 무료로 필요한 서류를 열람ㆍ복사하거나 그 등본 또는 초본을 교부하여 줄 것을 청구할 수 있다.

② 도시재생사업의 시행자는 토지 소유자와 그 밖의 이해관계인이 알 수 있도록 관보ㆍ공보ㆍ일간신문 또는 인터넷에 게시하는 등의 방법으로 다음 각 호의 사항을 공개하여야 한다.

③ 도시재생사업의 시행자는 제2항 각 호에 관한 서류나 도면 등을 도시재생사업이 시행되는 지역에 있는 주된 사무소에 갖추어 두어야 하고, 도시재생사업이 시행되는 지역의 건축물 등에 대하여 권리자가 열람이나 복사를 요청하는 경우에는 개인의 신상정보를 제외하고 열람이나 복사를 할 수 있도록 하여야 한다. 이 경우 복사에 필요한 비용은 실비의 범위에서 청구인의 부담으로 할 수 있다.
