도시재생 활성화 및 지원에 관한 특별법 제50조(건축물 등의 사용 및 처분)

① 혁신지구사업시행자는 시행계획에서 정한 바에 따라 건축물 등을 사용 또는 처분하여야 한다.

② 혁신지구사업시행자는 제1항에 따라 건축물 등을 사용 또는 처분하는 경우 「주택법」 제54조 등 관계 법령에도 불구하고 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 혁신지구에 위치한 건축물 등의 소유자에게 우선 공급할 수 있다.

③ 혁신지구사업시행자는 제2항에 따라 건축물 등을 우선 공급하는 경우 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 공급가격을 주변 시세 이하로 할 수 있다.

④ 건축물 등의 사용 또는 처분에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
