도시재생 활성화 및 지원에 관한 특별법 제27조의2(상생협약)

① 도시재생활성화지역 내의 주민, 상가건물의 임대인과 임차인, 해당 지방자치단체의 장 등 대통령령으로 정하는 자는 상생협약을 체결할 수 있다.

② 국토교통부장관은 제1항에 따른 상생협약에 관한 표준적인 내용을 정하여 고시하고, 그에 따를 것을 권장할 수 있다.

③ 제1항에 따른 상생협약에는 상생협약을 체결한 당사자(이하 "협약당사자"라 한다)별 의무적인 이행사항, 차임과 차임인상률 안정화에 관한 사항, 임대차기간의 조정에 관한 사항, 상생협약 이행 시 우대조치에 관한 사항, 상생협약 위반 시 제재사항 등을 포함할 수 있으며, 협약당사자는 상생협약을 이행하기 위하여 노력하여야 한다.
