도시 및 주거환경정비법 시행령 제29조(추진위원회의 운영)

① 추진위원회는 법 제34조제5항에 따라 다음 각 호의 사항을 토지등소유자가 쉽게 접할 수 있는 일정한 장소에 게시하거나 인터넷 등을 통하여 공개하고, 필요한 경우에는 토지등소유자에게 서면통지를 하는 등 토지등소유자가 그 내용을 충분히 알 수 있도록 하여야 한다. 다만, 제8호 및 제9호의 사항은 법 제35조에 따른 조합설립인가(이하 "조합설립인가"라 한다) 신청일 60일 전까지 추진위원회 구성에 동의한 토지등소유자에게 등기우편으로 통지하여야 한다. <개정 2025.5.27>

② 추진위원회는 추진위원회의 지출내역서를 매분기별로 토지등소유자가 쉽게 접할 수 있는 일정한 장소에 게시하거나 인터넷 등을 통하여 공개하고, 토지등소유자가 열람할 수 있도록 하여야 한다.
