도시교통정비 촉진법 제37조(부담금의 산정기준)

①시설물에 대한 부담금은 다음 계산식에 따라 계산한 금액으로 한다. 이 경우 시설물이 복합용도일 때 그 바닥면적의 계산방법은 대통령령으로 정한다. <개정 2013.5.22>부담금＝시설물의 각 층 바닥면적의 합계×단위부담금×교통유발계수

② 제1항에 따른 단위부담금과 교통유발계수는 이용자 수, 매출액, 교통혼잡 정도 또는 시설물의 용도 등을 고려하여 국토교통부령으로 정하되, 시장은 해당 지방자치단체의 조례로 정하는 바에 따라 시설물의 위치ㆍ규모ㆍ특성 등을 고려하여 단위부담금과 교통유발계수를 100분의 100의 범위에서 상향하거나 100분의 50의 범위에서 하향 조정할 수 있다. <개정 2013.8.6, 2017.10.24>
