도시공원 및 녹지 등에 관한 법률 제37조(특정 원인에 의한 녹지의 설치)

특별시장ㆍ광역시장ㆍ특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장 또는 군수는 공장 설치 등의 특정 원인으로 인한 공해나 사고의 방지를 위하여 녹지를 설치할 필요가 있어 도시ㆍ군관리계획으로 녹지를 결정하였을 때에는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 원인 제공자에게 녹지의 전부 또는 일부를 설치ㆍ관리하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2011.4.14>
