도시가스사업법 제28조의2(가스사용시설 변경에 따른 안전조치)

가스사용자가 「액화석유가스의 안전관리 및 사업법」에 따른 액화석유가스의 사용시설을 가스사용시설로 변경하여 도시가스를 사용하려는 경우 일반도시가스사업자, 시공자 및 가스사용자는 액화석유가스의 사용시설에 대하여 액화석유가스의 용기 및 부대설비의 철거 등 산업통상부령으로 정하는 안전조치를 하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.12.30, 2025.10.1>
