도시가스사업법 제20조의4(관계 기관에 대한 협조 요청)

① 가스도매사업자, 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제20조의3제2항의 신청을 위하여 관계 기관의 장에게 가스사용자의 국가유공자등록사항, 기초생활수급자등록사항, 장애인등록사항, 주민등록정보, 가족관계등록사항 및 재외국민등록사항 등의 자료를 요청하거나 「사회보장기본법」 제37조제2항에 따른 사회보장정보시스템 등 관계 전산망의 이용을 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 요청을 받은 관계 기관의 장은 정당한 사유가 없으면 그 요청에 따라야 한다.

② 가스도매사업자, 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제20조의3제2항의 신청을 위하여 일반도시가스사업자에게 가스사용자의 정보를 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 요청을 받은 일반도시가스사업자는 정당한 사유가 없으면 그 요청에 따라야 한다.

③ 제1항 및 제2항에 따른 자료 또는 정보를 활용하여 업무를 수행하거나 수행하였던 자는 같은 항에 따라 제공받거나 취득한 자료 또는 정보를 이 법에서 정한 목적 외의 용도로 사용하거나 다른 사람 또는 기관에 제공 또는 누설하여서는 아니 된다.

④ 제1항에 따라 제공되는 자료 또는 정보에 대하여는 수수료 및 사용료 등을 면제한다.

(4) Fees^f피즈 and앤드 usage유서지 charges차지즈 for^f포 data데이타 or오 information인^f퍼메이션 provided프^r러^v바이디드 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) are아 waived.웨이^v브드

⑤ 제1항 및 제2항에 따라 요청할 수 있는 자료 또는 정보의 구체적인 범위는 대통령령으로 정한다.
