도시가스사업법 제19조의2(가스공급시설 설치비용의 분담)

① 일반도시가스사업자는 가스공급시설 설치비용의 전부 또는 일부를 도시가스의 공급 또는 가스공급에 관한 계약의 변경을 요청하는 자에게 분담하게 할 수 있다.

② 일반도시가스사업자가 제1항에 따라 가스공급시설 설치비용을 분담하게 할 때에는 다음 각 호의 기준에 따라야 한다.

③ 일반도시가스사업자가 제1항 및 제2항에 따라 가스공급시설 설치비용을 분담하게 할 때에는 분담금액, 분담금을 산정한 기준 및 방법, 납부방법 및 납부기한 등을 분담받는 자에게 서면으로 통지하여야 한다.

④ 제2항 및 제3항에 따른 설치비용 분담금의 산정 기준에 관한 세부사항, 분담의 방법, 분담금의 납부절차, 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 산업통상부령으로 정한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>
