도시가스사업법 제15조(시공 감리 등)

① 도시가스사업자(제11조제4항 전단의 경우에는 해당 가스공급시설을 시공하는 자를 말한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다)는 산업통상부령으로 정하는 가스공급시설의 설치공사나 변경공사를 하는 경우에는 산업통상부장관 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장의 감리를 받아야 한다. 다만, 「건설기술 진흥법」 제39조제2항에 따른 건설사업관리를 받는 경우에는 산업통상부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 감리를 받지 아니할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2013.5.22, 2022.2.3, 2025.10.1>

② 도시가스사업자는 제1항 본문에 따른 가스공급시설의 설치공사나 변경공사를 한 경우 그 감리자로부터 사용 적합 판정을 받은 경우가 아니면 이를 사용할 수 없다.

③ 도시가스사업자는 제1항 단서에 따른 건설사업관리를 받으려면 공사착공 전과 완공 후에 그 건설사업관리에 관한 사항을 산업통상부장관 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장과 한국가스안전공사에 통보하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2013.5.22, 2025.10.1>

④ 특정가스사용시설에서 도시가스를 사용하는 자(이하 "특정가스사용시설의 사용자"라 한다)는 특정가스사용시설의 설치공사나 변경공사를 하려면 그 공사계획에 대하여 미리 한국가스안전공사의 의견을 들어야 한다. 다만, 산업통상부령으로 정하는 자에 대하여는 이를 면제할 수 있다. <개정 2009.3.25, 2010.1.27, 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

⑤ 도시가스충전사업자는 가스충전시설의 설치공사나 변경공사를 할 때에는 산업통상부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 공사의 공정별(工程別)로 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장의 중간검사를 받아야 한다. <신설 2010.1.27, 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

⑥ 도시가스충전사업자 및 특정가스사용시설의 사용자는 가스충전시설 및 특정가스사용시설의 설치공사나 변경공사를 완공하면 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장의 완성검사를 받아 이에 합격한 경우에만 사용할 수 있다. <개정 2010.1.27>
