도시가스사업법 제12조(가스시설의 시공ㆍ관리)

① 「건설산업기본법」 제9조에 따라 가스시설시공업의 등록을 한 자(이하 "시공자"라 한다)로서 산업통상부령으로 정하는 규모 이상의 가스공급시설 또는 가스사용시설의 설치공사나 변경공사를 시공ㆍ관리하려는 시공자는 산업통상부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 해당 도시가스사업자가 가스공급시설의 공사계획, 가스공급능력 등에 미치는 영향을 검토할 수 있도록 시공할 내용을 도시가스사업자에게 미리 알려주어야 하며, 도시가스사업자는 시공할 내용에 대하여 검토한 결과를 그 시공자와 도시가스를 사용하려는 자에게 알려주어야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2009.3.25, 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

② 시공자는 가스공급시설 또는 가스사용시설의 설치공사나 변경공사를 하는 경우에는 산업통상부령으로 정하는 시설별 시설기준과 기술기준에 적합하도록 시공ㆍ관리하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>
