도로법 제60조(도로교통정보체계의 구축ㆍ운영 등)

① 도로관리청은 도로의 이용 및 관리 업무를 효율적으로 추진하기 위하여 도로교통정보체계를 구축ㆍ운영할 수 있다.

② 도로관리청은 도로교통정보체계를 통하여 다음 각 호의 도로정보를 수집ㆍ가공하여 일반 국민에게 제공할 수 있다.
