도로법 시행령 제65조(관리심의회의 회의)

① 위원장은 관리심의회의 회의를 소집하고, 그 회의의 의장이 된다.

② 관리심의회는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(2) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Management매너지먼트 Deliberation딜리버^r레이션 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members멤버즈 and앤드 decisions디시전즈 shall섈 be비 made메이드 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

③ 관리심의회가 제62조제2항제4호에 따른 주요지하매설물의 안전대책을 심의ㆍ조정하려는 경우에는 특별한 사정이 없으면 굴착공사시행자 및 해당 주요지하매설물의 관리자의 설명을 들어야 한다.
