Enforcement Decree of the Road Act, Article 47-2 (Designation of Tourist Roads, etc.)
① 법 제48조의2제2항에서 "지정 필요성, 기점, 종점 등 대통령령으로 정하는 사항"이란 다음 각 호의 사항을 말한다.
(1) The term "matters prescribed by Presidential Decree, such as the necessity of designation, starting point, and terminal point" in Article 48-2 (2) of the Act means the following matters:
1. 해당 도로의 노선번호 및 노선명
1. The route number and route name of the road;
2. 해당 도로의 기점, 종점 및 주요 통과지
2. The starting point, terminal point, and major intermediate points of the road;
3. 해당 도로의 관광도로 지정 필요성
3. The necessity of designating the road as a tourist road;
4. 해당 도로와 인접한 도로의 도로관리청 등 관계기관과의 협의 내용
4. The details of consultation with relevant agencies, such as the road management authorities of roads adjacent to the road;
5. 해당 도로 또는 도로 주변의 자연환경이나 자연경관 또는 조경 등의 현황에 관한 사항 및 그 조성 또는 보존에 관한 사항
5. Matters concerning the current state of the natural environment, natural landscape, landscaping, and the like of the road or its surroundings, and matters concerning their creation or conservation;
6. 해당 도로 주변의 고유한 역사ㆍ문화ㆍ예술ㆍ생태 등 자원의 현황에 관한 사항
6. Matters concerning the current state of unique historical, cultural, artistic, and ecological resources around the road;
7. 해당 도로 이용자를 위한 편의시설 설치 및 정비에 관한 사항
7. Matters concerning the installation and improvement of convenience facilities for road users;
8. 해당 도로의 활용을 통한 지역경제 발전에 관한 사항
8. Matters concerning the development of the local economy through the use of the road;
9. 해당 도로의 운영 및 홍보에 관한 사항
9. Matters concerning the operation and promotion of the road;
10. 해당 도로의 관리ㆍ운영 등에 필요한 비용과 그 재원의 확보에 관한 사항
10. Matters concerning the costs required for management and operation of the road and securing their financial sources;
11. 그 밖에 도로관리청이 해당 도로가 관광도로로 지정되는 경우 그 관리ㆍ운영을 위하여 필요하다고 인정하는 사항
11. Other matters that the road management authority deems necessary for management and operation if the road is designated as a tourist road.
② 국토교통부장관은 법 제48조의2제3항부터 제6항까지의 규정에 따라 고시하는 경우 다음 각 호의 사항을 포함하여야 한다.
(2) When publicly notifying under Article 48-2 (3) through (6) of the Act, the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport shall include the following matters:
1. 관광도로의 명칭, 노선번호 및 노선명
1. The name, route number, and route name of the tourist road;
2. 관광도로의 도로관리청
2. The road management authority of the tourist road;
3. 관광도로의 기점, 종점 및 주요 통과지
3. The starting point, terminal point, and major intermediate points of the tourist road;
4. 관광도로를 변경하거나 폐지하는 경우 그 변경 또는 폐지에 관한 사항
4. Where a tourist road is changed or abolished, matters concerning the change or abolition;
5. 그 밖에 관광도로의 지정, 변경 및 폐지에 관한 사항
5. Other matters concerning designation, change, and abolition of tourist roads.
③ 제1항 및 제2항에서 정한 사항 외에 법 제48조의2제2항에 따른 관광도로관리계획의 작성ㆍ제출, 같은 조 제3항부터 제6항까지의 규정에 따른 관광도로의 지정, 변경 및 폐지 등에 필요한 세부사항은 국토교통부장관이 정하여 고시한다.
(3) Beyond the matters prescribed in paragraphs (1) and (2), details necessary for preparing and submitting a tourist road management plan under Article 48-2 (2) of the Act and for designating, changing, and abolishing tourist roads under paragraphs (3) through (6) of the same Article shall be determined and publicly notified by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.
