도로법 시행령 제46조(자동차전용도로의 지정)

법 제48조제1항에 따라 도로관리청이 자동차전용도로를 지정하려는 경우에는 자동차전용도로의 연장을 5킬로미터 이상이 되도록 하여야 한다. 다만, 도로관리청은 현지 교통여건 등을 고려하여 필요하다고 인정하는 경우 자동차전용도로의 연장을 2킬로미터 이상으로 할 수 있다.
