도로교통법 시행규칙 제37조의5(어린이통학버스 운영자 등에 관한 안전교육)

① 법 제53조의3 및 영 제31조의2에 따라 법 제2조제23호 각 목의 시설 가운데 어린이를 교육대상으로 하는 시설(이하 "어린이교육시설"이라 한다)에서 어린이통학버스를 운영하는 사람과 운전하는 사람 및 법 제53조제3항에 따라 어린이통학버스에 동승하는 보호자(이하 "동승보호자"라 한다)에 대해 실시하는 어린이통학버스의 안전운행 등에 관한 교육(이하 "어린이통학버스 안전교육"이라 한다)은 한국도로교통공단에서 제작하고 경찰청장이 감수한 교재를 사용해야 한다. 다만, 어린이교육시설을 관리하는 주무기관의 장이 직접 안전교육을 실시하는 경우에는 경찰청장이 감수한 자료를 기초로 직접 제작한 교재를 사용할 수 있다. <개정 2014.12.31, 2020.11.27, 2024.7.31, 2024.12.12>

② 한국도로교통공단은 매년 교육 인원 등을 고려하여 어린이통학버스 안전교육에 관한 세부교육계획을 수립하여 경찰청장에게 승인을 받아야 한다. <개정 2014.12.31, 2021.12.31, 2024.7.31>

③ 한국도로교통공단은 어린이통학버스 안전교육에 관한 교육일정을 기관 홈페이지를 통하여 공지하여야 한다. <개정 2014.12.31, 2024.7.31>

(3) The^ð더 Korea코^r리아 Road^r로우드 Traffic트^r래^f픽 Authority어^θ쏘^r러티 shall섈 announce어나운스 the^ð디 education에저케이션 schedule스케줄 for^f포 children's칠드^r런즈 school스쿨 bus버스 safety세이^f프티 education에저케이션 on안 its잇츠 website.웨브사잇

④ 한국도로교통공단은 어린이통학버스 안전교육 대상자에게 별지 제20호의3서식의 안전교육 통지서에 따라 교육기간 및 교육장소 등에 관한 사항을 알려주어야 한다. 다만, 개별적인 통지가 곤란한 안전교육 대상자에 대해서는 한국도로교통공단 홈페이지에 일반적인 교육기간 및 교육장소를 공지한 것으로 통지를 대신한다. <개정 2014.12.31, 2020.11.27, 2024.7.31>

⑤ 영 제31조의2제4항에 따라 어린이통학버스 안전교육을 받은 운영자에게 발급하는 교육확인증은 별지 제20호의4서식에 따르고, 운전자 및 동승보호자에게 발급하는 교육확인증은 별지 제20호의5서식에 따른다. <개정 2014.12.31, 2020.11.27>
