도로교통법 시행규칙 제37조의2(어린이 하차확인장치)

법 제53조제5항에서 "행정안전부령으로 정하는 어린이나 영유아의 하차를 확인할 수 있는 장치"란 「자동차 및 자동차 부품의 성능과 기준에 관한 규칙」 제53조의4에 따른 어린이 하차확인장치를 말한다.
