도로교통법 시행규칙 제17조(차로의 너비보다 넓은 차의 통행허가)

①법 제14조제3항 단서에 따른 통행허가신청은 별지 제5호서식의 차로폭초과차 통행허가신청서에 의한다. 이 경우 관할경찰서장은 「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따른 행정정보의 공동이용으로 신청인의 자동차등록증을 확인하여야 하며, 신청인이 확인에 동의하지 아니하는 경우에는 그 사본을 첨부하도록 하여야 한다. <개정 2009.11.27, 2010.9.10>

②경찰서장이 제1항에 따른 허가를 한 때에는 별지 제6호서식의 차로폭초과차 통행허가증을 교부하여야 한다.

③제1항 및 제2항에 따라 통행허가를 받은 운전자는 제26조제3항에 따른 표지를 달아야 한다.
