도로교통법 시행규칙 제117조(학감 또는 부학감의 선임 통지)

①전문학원을 설립ㆍ운영하는 자는 법 제104조제1항제1호에 따른 학감 또는 부학감을 선임하고자 하거나 해임한 때에는 별지 제123호서식에 근무경력사실증명서(선임하는 경우에 한정한다)를 첨부하여 그 사실을 시ㆍ도경찰청장에게 통지하여야 한다. 이 경우 시ㆍ도경찰청장은 「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따른 행정정보의 공동이용을 통하여 선임 대상자의 주민등록표 초본을 확인하여야 하며, 선임 대상자가 확인에 동의하지 아니하는 경우에는 이를 첨부하도록 하여야 한다. <개정 2009.11.27, 2010.9.10, 2018.4.25, 2020.12.31>

②시ㆍ도경찰청장은 제1항에 따라 학감 또는 부학감의 선임에 관한 통지를 받은 때에는 학감 또는 부학감이 법 제105조의 규정에 해당되는 사람인지의 여부를 심사하여 그 결과를 해당전문학원을 설립ㆍ운영하는 자에게 통보하여야 한다. <개정 2020.12.31>
