Enforcement Decree of the Act on Dam Construction, Management, and Support for Surrounding Areas, etc., Article 47 (Collection of River Occupancy and Usage Fees by Dam Entrusted Managers)

① 댐수탁관리자가 법 제45조제4항에 따라 하천의 점용료 또는 사용료를 징수하는 경우에는 매년 해당 연도분의 전부를 미리 징수한다. 다만, 다음 각 호의 경우에는 해당 호의 구분에 따라 징수할 수 있다. <개정 2025.12.30>

② 제1항에 따른 점용료 또는 사용료는 별표 9의 기준에 따라 산정한다.

④ 댐수탁관리자는 제1항에 따라 징수한 점용료 또는 사용료를 제28조제4항에 따라 다목적댐 관리비용에 충당하고, 남는 금액이 있을 때에는 국고에 납입하여야 한다.
