대한민국재향군인회법 제13조(임원의 수와 임기 등)

① 재향군인회의 본부에 두는 임원의 수와 임기는 정관으로 정한다.

② 재향군인회의 본부 외의 각급 회의 임원의 종류, 수, 선임 방법 및 임기에 관하여는 정관으로 정한다.
