대한민국재향군인회법 제12조(임원)

① 재향군인회의 본부에 임원으로 회장ㆍ부회장ㆍ사무총장ㆍ이사 및 감사를 둔다.

(1) The^ð더 headquarters헤드쿼터즈 of어^v브 the^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 shall섈 have해^v브 a어 president,프^r레저덴트 vice^v바이스 presidents,프^r레저덴츠 a어 secretary세크^r러테^r리 general,제너^r럴 directors,더^r렉터즈 and앤드 auditors아더터즈 as애즈 officers.오^f퍼서즈

② 회장ㆍ부회장ㆍ이사 및 감사는 총회에서 선임하고, 사무총장은 회장이 임명한다. 다만, 회장ㆍ부회장이 아닌 이사와 감사가 궐위(闕位)된 경우 총회를 소집할 수 없는 부득이한 사유가 있는 때에는 이사회에서 궐위된 이사와 감사를 선임할 수 있다. 이 경우 이사회에서 선임된 이사와 감사는 다음에 소집되는 총회일의 전날까지 재임한다.

③ 회장은 재향군인회를 대표하고, 재향군인회의 사무를 총괄하며, 총회와 이사회의 의장이 된다.

(3) The^ð더 president프^r레저덴트 shall섈 represent^r레프^r리젠트 the^ð디 Association,어소우시에이션 supervise수퍼^v바이즈 its잇츠 affairs,어^f페어즈 and앤드 serve서^v브 as애즈 chair체어 of어^v브 the^ð더 general제너^r럴 assembly어셈블리 and앤드 the^ð더 board보드 of어^v브 directors.더^r렉터즈

④ 부회장은 회장을 보좌하며 회장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 회장이 미리 지정한 순서에 따라 그 직무를 대행한다.

(4) The^ð더 vice^v바이스 presidents프^r레저덴츠 shall섈 assist어시스트 the^ð더 president프^r레저덴트 and,앤드 where웨어 the^ð더 president프^r레저덴트 is이즈 unable어네이블 to투 perform퍼^f폼 his히즈 or오 her허 duties두티즈 due두 to투 unavoidable어너^v보이더블 grounds,그^r라운즈 shall섈 act액트 on안 behalf비해^f프 of어^v브 the^ð더 president프^r레저덴트 in인 the^ð디 order오더 designated데지그네이티드 in인 advance어드^v밴스 by바이 the^ð더 president.프^r레저덴트

⑤ 사무총장은 회장의 명을 받아 재향군인회의 사무를 처리하고 소속 직원을 지휘ㆍ감독한다.

(5) The^ð더 secretary세크^r러테^r리 general제너^r럴 shall섈 handle핸들 the^ð디 affairs어^f페어즈 of어^v브 the^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 under언더 orders오더즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 president프^r레저덴트 and앤드 direct더^r렉트 and앤드 supervise수퍼^v바이즈 the^ð디 employees엠플로이이즈 under언더 him힘 or오 her.허

⑥ 감사는 재향군인회의 회계와 회계에 관련된 업무를 감사(監査)한다.

(6) The^ð디 auditors아더터즈 shall섈 audit오딧 the^ð디 accounts어카운츠 of어^v브 the^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 and앤드 the^ð디 affairs어^f페어즈 related^r릴레이티드 to투 the^ð디 accounts.어카운츠
