대통령 등의 경호에 관한 법률 시행령 제3조의3(경호업무 수행 관련 관계기관 간의 협조 등)

① 처장은 법 제4조에 규정된 경호대상에 대한 경호를 위하여 필요한 경우 대통령비서실, 국가안보실 및 경호ㆍ안전관리 업무를 지원하는 관계기관에 근무할 예정인 사람에게 신원진술서 및 「가족관계의 등록 등에 관한 법률」에서 정하는 증명서와 그 밖에 필요한 자료의 제출을 요구할 수 있다. 이 경우 처장은 제출된 자료의 내용을 확인하기 위하여 관계기관에 조회 또는 그 밖에 필요한 협조를 요청할 수 있다. <개정 2017.7.26>

② 처장은 법 제5조제3항에 따른 안전 활동 등 경호업무를 효율적으로 수행하기 위하여 필요한 경우에는 관계기관에 대하여 경호구역에 출입하려는 사람의 범죄경력 조회 또는 사실 증명 등 필요한 협조를 요청할 수 있다. <개정 2017.7.26>

③ 처장은 경호업무를 효율적으로 수행하기 위해 필요한 경우 관계기관의 장과 협의하여 법 제15조에 따라 경호구역에서의 경호업무를 지원하는 인력ㆍ시설ㆍ장비 등에 관한 사항을 조정할 수 있다. <신설 2023.5.16>
