대통령기록물 관리에 관한 법률 시행령 제4조(생산현황의 통보시기 및 방법)

①대통령기록물생산기관의 장은 법 제10조제1항 본문에 따라 매년 5월 31일까지 관할 기록관의 장에게, 관할 기록관의 장은 매년 8월 31일까지 대통령기록관의 장에게 전년도의 대통령기록물 생산현황을 통보해야 한다. <개정 2010.8.4, 2021.3.9>

(1) Pursuant퍼수언트 to투 the^ð더 main메인 text텍스트 of어^v브 Article아터클 10 (1) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act,액트 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 an앤 agency에이전시 producing프^r러두싱 presidential프^r레저덴실 records^r러코즈 shall섈 notify노우터^f파이 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 the^ð더 competent캄퍼틴트 records^r러코즈 center센터 of어^v브 the^ð더 status스태터스 of어^v브 production프^r러덕션 of어^v브 presidential프^r레저덴실 records^r러코즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 previous프^r리^v비어스 year이어 by바이 May메이 31 each이치 year,이어 and앤드 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 the^ð더 competent캄퍼틴트 records^r러코즈 center센터 shall섈 notify노우터^f파이 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 the^ð더 Presidential프^r레저덴실 Archives아카이^v브즈 by바이 August아거스트 31 each이치 year.이어

②제1항에 따른 생산현황에는 대통령기록물의 생산부서, 생산연도, 기능명, 기능별 생산수량 등의 정보가 적혀 있는 목록이 포함되어야 한다.

③ 대통령기록관의 장은 법 제10조제2항에 따라 관할 기록관의 장이 통보한 대통령기록물 생산현황을 매년 12월 31일까지 대통령기록관의 인터넷 홈페이지에 공고해야 한다. <신설 2021.3.9>
