대일항쟁기 강제동원 피해조사 및 국외강제동원 희생자 등 지원에 관한 특별법 제42조(벌칙)

① 제11조제1항을 위반하여 직무를 행하는 위원ㆍ직원 또는 감정인을 폭행 또는 협박하거나 위원ㆍ직원 또는 감정인에 대하여 그 업무상의 행위를 강요 또는 저지하거나 그 직을 사퇴하게 할 목적으로 폭행 또는 협박한 자는 5년 이하의 징역 또는 2천만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다.

② 거짓이나 그 밖의 부정한 방법으로 위로금등을 지급받거나 받게 한 자는 5년 이하의 징역 또는 2천만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다.

③ 제2항의 미수범은 처벌한다.
