Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on Management of Wide-Area Transportation in Metropolitan Areas, Article 9-11 (Release of Designation of Special Countermeasure Districts, etc.|12)

① 시ㆍ도지사는 법 제7조의13제1항에 따라 국토교통부장관에게 특별대책지구의 지정 해제를 요청하려면 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함된 서류를 제출해야 한다. <개정 2025.10.21>
