Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on Management of Wide-Area Transportation in Metropolitan Areas, Article 11-2 (Composition and Operation of the Working Committee|11)

① 법 제9조제4항에 따른 실무위원회(이하 "실무위원회"라 한다)는 다음 각 호의 사항을 심의한다. <개정 2025.10.21>

⑤ 제4항제3호의 위원(이하 이 조에서 "민간위원"이라 한다)의 임기는 2년으로 하며, 한 차례만 연임할 수 있다.

⑥ 실무위원회의 회의는 위원장과 위원장이 회의 시마다 지정하는 위원을 포함해 5명 이상 30명 이하로 구성한다. 이 경우 민간위원의 수는 위원장을 포함한 위원 수의 2분의 1 이상이어야 한다.
