Enforcement Decree of the Clean Air Conservation Act, Article 51 (Requirements for Orders to Correct Defects in Parts)

① 기후에너지환경부장관은 다음 각 호의 모두에 해당하는 경우에는 법 제53조제3항 본문에 따라 그 부품의 결함을 시정하도록 명하여야 한다. <개정 2012.5.22, 2016.5.31, 2018.11.27, 2025.10.1>
