Enforcement Decree of the Clean Air Conservation Act, Article 19 (Establishment and Operation of the Stack Remote Monitoring System Control Center and the Internet of Things Measuring Device Control Center)

① 기후에너지환경부장관은 법 제32조제7항에 따라 사업장에 부착된 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 측정기기의 측정결과를 전산처리하기 위한 전산망을 효율적으로 관리하기 위하여 해당 호에서 정한 관제센터를 각각 설치ㆍ운영할 수 있다. <개정 2022.5.3, 2025.10.1>
