Act on the Promotion of Win-Win Cooperation between Large Enterprises and Small and Medium Enterprises, Article 41 (Penalties)

① 타인의 기술자료를 절취 등의 부정한 방법으로 입수하여 제24조의3에 따른 등록을 행한 자는 5년 이하의 징역 또는 그 재산상 이득액의 2배 이상 10배 이하에 상당하는 벌금에 처한다.
