대ㆍ중소기업 상생협력 촉진에 관한 법률 제28조의7(조정부 구성 및 운영)

① 분쟁조정협의회는 제28조의5제2항제1호에 대한 효율적 해결을 위하여 분쟁조정협의회에 분쟁조정협의회 위원 3명 이내로 구성된 조정부를 둘 수 있다.

② 조정부의 장과 그 위원은 분쟁조정협의회의 위원장이 지명한다. 이 경우 조정부의 장은 변호사 자격이 있는 위원 중에서 지명한다.

③ 조정부의 회의는 조정부의 장을 포함한 위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다. 이 경우 조정부의 의결은 분쟁조정협의회의 의결로 본다.
