다중이용업소의 안전관리에 관한 특별법 제7조(관련 행정기관의 통보사항)

① 다른 법률에 따라 다중이용업의 허가ㆍ인가ㆍ등록ㆍ신고수리(이하 "허가등"이라 한다)를 하는 행정기관(이하 "허가관청"이라 한다)은 허가등을 한 날부터 14일 이내에 행정안전부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 다중이용업소의 소재지를 관할하는 소방본부장 또는 소방서장에게 다음 각 호의 사항을 통보하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>

② 허가관청은 다중이용업주가 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 행위를 하였을 때에는 그 신고를 수리(受理)한 날부터 30일 이내에 소방본부장 또는 소방서장에게 통보하여야 한다. <개정 2015.1.20>

③ 소방청장, 소방본부장 또는 소방서장은 다중이용업주의 휴업ㆍ폐업 또는 사업자등록말소 사실을 확인하기 위하여 필요한 경우에는 사업자등록번호를 기재하여 관할 세무관서의 장에게 다음 각 호의 사항에 대한 과세정보 제공을 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 요청을 받은 세무관서의 장은 정당한 사유가 없으면 그 요청에 따라야 한다. <신설 2021.1.5>
