다중이용업소의 안전관리에 관한 특별법 제14조의2(다중이용업주의 안전사고 보고의무)

① 다중이용업주는 다중이용업소의 화재, 영업장 시설의 하자 또는 결함 등으로 인하여 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사고가 발생했거나 발생한 사실을 알게 된 경우 소방본부장 또는 소방서장에게 그 사실을 즉시 보고하여야 한다.

② 제1항에 따른 보고의 방법 및 절차 등 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
