다문화가족지원법 시행령 제7조(정책위원회의 회의)

① 위원장은 정책위원회의 회의를 소집하고 그 의장이 된다.

② 위원장은 회의를 소집하려면 회의의 일시ㆍ장소 및 심의 안건을 정책위원회 위원과 제5조제4항에 따라 회의에 참석하는 사람에게 회의 개최 5일 전까지 서면으로 알려야 한다. 다만, 긴급히 개최하여야 하는 경우와 그 밖의 부득이한 사정이 있는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

③ 정책위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의(開議)하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.
