다문화가족지원법 시행령 제15조(고유식별정보의 처리)
Enforcement Decree of the Multicultural Families Support Act, Article 15 (Processing of Personally Identifiable Information)
국가와 지방자치단체의 장(법 제15조제2항에 따라 그 업무를 위탁받은 자를 포함한다) 또는 법 제12조에 따라 설치된 다문화가족지원센터는 다음 각 호의 사무를 수행하기 위하여 불가피한 경우 「개인정보 보호법 시행령」 제19조제1호 또는 제4호에 따른 주민등록번호 또는 외국인등록번호가 포함된 자료를 처리할 수 있다.
Where unavoidable for performing the following affairs, the State and the heads of local governments (including persons entrusted with such affairs pursuant to Article 15 (2) of the Act) or a multicultural family support center established under Article 12 of the Act may process data containing resident registration numbers or foreign resident registration numbers under Article 19, subparagraph 1 or 4 of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act:
1. 법 제6조제1항에 따른 정보 제공 및 교육 지원에 관한 사무
1. Affairs concerning provision of information and support for education under Article 6 (1) of the Act;
2. 법 제7조에 따른 가족상담, 부부교육 등에 관한 사무
2. Affairs concerning family counseling, couple education, etc. under Article 7 of the Act;
3. 법 제9조제1항에 따른 영양ㆍ건강 교육 및 의료서비스 지원 등에 관한 사무
3. Affairs concerning nutrition and health education and support for medical services, etc. under Article 9 (1) of the Act;
4. 법 제10조제3항에 따른 보육 및 교육 지원 등에 관한 사무
4. Affairs concerning support for childcare and education, etc. under Article 10 (3) of the Act;
5. 법 제11조에 따른 다국어 서비스 제공에 관한 사무
5. Affairs concerning provision of multilingual services under Article 11 of the Act.
