Enforcement Decree of the Multicultural Families Support Act, Article 12-3 (Application for Designation of Support Centers, etc.)

① 법 제12조제3항에 따라 지원센터를 지정받으려는 자는 별표 1에 따른 지원센터의 설치ㆍ운영 기준에 따른 요건을 갖추고 성평등가족부령으로 정하는 지정 신청서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장(자치구의 구청장을 말한다. 이하 같다)에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2013.12.30, 2025.10.1>
