Enforcement Decree of the Multicultural Families Support Act, Article 12-2 (Entities and Procedures for Entrustment of Support Centers, etc.)

① 국가 또는 지방자치단체는 법 제12조제2항에 따라 지원센터의 설치ㆍ운영을 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 법인이나 단체에 위탁할 수 있다. <개정 2025.10.1>

②국가 또는 지방자치단체는 법 제12조제2항에 따라 지원센터의 설치ㆍ운영을 위탁하려는 경우에는 위탁 내용 및 절차를 고시하여 지원센터의 설치ㆍ운영을 위탁받으려는 자의 신청을 받은 후 신청자의 사업수행 능력, 재정적 능력, 활동 실적, 신뢰성 등을 종합적으로 고려하여 위탁받을 자를 선정하고 성평등가족부령으로 정하는 내용이 포함된 위탁계약을 체결하여야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
