뉴스통신 진흥에 관한 법률 제9조의2(필요적 게재사항)

뉴스통신사업자는 해당 뉴스통신에 그 명칭, 주소, 등록번호, 등록 연월일, 제호, 대표이사, 편집인, 발행 연월일을 이용자가 알아보기 쉽게 게재하거나 공표하여야 하며, 여러 명의 편집인이 있는 경우에는 그 책임 분야와 함께 각자의 성명을 게재하거나 공표하여야 한다. 이 경우 그 뉴스통신이 인쇄매체로 간행될 때에는 인쇄인과 발행소에 관한 사항을 포함한다.
