뉴스통신 진흥에 관한 법률 제19조(뉴스정보 구독계약의 체결 등)

① 정부는 연합뉴스사와 제6조제3항에 따른 구독계약을 체결하는 경우 매출액, 물가상승률, 경제성장률 등을 고려하여 구독료의 요율(料率) 등 판매조건을 결정하여야 한다.

② 제1항에 따른 계약은 문화체육관광부장관이 정부를 대표하여 한꺼번에 체결할 수 있다. 이 경우 계약기간은 2년으로 하되, 정부는 계약 다음 연도에는 물가상승률과 경제성장률을 고려하여 구독료 또는 요율을 변경할 수 있다.

③ 제1항 및 제2항에 따른 계약의 구체적인 내용 및 체결 절차 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
