① 연합뉴스사는 편집위원회를 둘 수 있다.

② 편집위원회는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 연합뉴스사를 대표하는 편집위원과 취재 및 제작 활동에 종사하는 근로자를 대표하는 편집위원으로 구성한다.
