Rural Development Act, Article 35 (Guidance and Supervision of Agency Work, etc.)

① 농촌진흥청장은 다음 각 호의 사항에 대하여 진흥원을 지도ㆍ감독하고, 필요하다고 인정하는 때에는 그 업무ㆍ회계 및 재산에 관한 사항을 보고하게 하거나 소속 공무원으로 하여금 진흥원의 장부ㆍ서류ㆍ시설과 그 밖의 물건을 검사하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2021.11.30>
