농업협동조합의 구조개선에 관한 법률 제32조(다른 법률의 준용)

관리회사에 관하여는 「한국자산관리공사 설립 등에 관한 법률」 제23조, 제44조, 제45조, 제45조의2 및 제45조의3을 준용한다. 이 경우 "공사"는 "관리회사"로, 제45조 중 "「민사집행법」에 따른 경매절차에서 매수신고인이 되려거나 제26조제1항제1호가목의 업무를 수행하기 위하여 채권의 회수를 위탁한 금융회사등을 대리하여 매수신고인이 되려는 경우에는"을 "「민사집행법」에 따른 경매절차에서 매수신고인이 되려는 경우에는"으로 본다. <개정 2019.11.26, 2021.8.17>
