Act on the Structural Improvement of Agricultural Cooperatives, Article 28 (Conclusion of Management Normalization Agreement)

① 관리기관은 조합에 자금을 지원하려면 그 조합과 경영정상화 이행약정(이하 이 조에서 "약정"이라 한다)을 체결하여야 한다. 다만, 부실조합등이 아닌 조합 등 대통령령으로 정하는 조합의 경우에는 제2항제3호에 따른 사항 외에는 약정을 체결하지 아니할 수 있다.

② 약정에는 해당 조합의 경영정상화를 위한 다음 각 호의 사항을 포함하여야 한다.

④ 관리기관은 국회 소관 상임위원회에서 요구할 때에는 약정의 이행 실적을 보고하여야 한다.

⑤ 농림축산식품부장관이나 관리기관의 장은 기금이 지원된 조합의 임직원이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 그 조합에 임원의 해임이나 직무정지 또는 직원의 징계를 요구할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23>
