농업협동조합법 시행령 제6조(조합의 신용사업의 방법 및 자금차입한도)

① 조합은 법 제57조제3항(법 제107조 및 제112조에서 준용하는 경우를 포함한다)에 따라 다음 각 호의 기준이 준수되는 범위에서 신용사업을 수행한다. <개정 2017.6.27>

② 조합이 법 제57조제3항(법 제107조 및 제112조에서 준용하는 경우를 포함한다)에 따라 중앙회, 농협경제지주회사 및 그 자회사(해당 사업 관련 자회사에 한정한다), 농협은행 또는 농협생명보험으로부터 차입할 수 있는 자금 합계액의 한도는 법 제67조제2항(법 제107조 및 제112조에서 준용하는 경우를 포함한다)에 따른 자기자본(이하 "자기자본"이라 한다)과 법 제66조제1항제1호ㆍ제2호(법 제107조 및 제112조에서 준용하는 경우를 포함한다)에 따라 중앙회 또는 농협은행에 예치하는 각각의 여유자금의 합계액의 범위 내로 한다. 다만, 조합이 농업정책의 수행이나 예금인출 등의 사유로 농림축산식품부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 자금을 차입하는 경우에는 본문에서 정한 범위를 초과하여 차입할 수 있다. <개정 2012.1.6, 2013.3.23, 2015.6.30>
