Enforcement Decree of the Agricultural Cooperatives Act, Article 2 (Criteria for Authorization of Establishment of Cooperatives)

「농업협동조합법」(이하 "법"이라 한다) 제15조제1항(법 제107조제1항 및 제112조제1항에서 준용하는 경우를 포함한다)에 따른 조합의 설립인가에 필요한 기준은 다음 각 호와 같다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2021.6.22, 2026.9.10>

1. Regional^r리저늘 cooperatives:코아프^r러티^v브즈

가. 조합원 자격이 있는 설립동의자(분할 또는 합병에 따른 설립의 경우에는 조합원을 말한다. 이하 같다)의 수가 1천명 이상일 것. 다만, 해당 조합의 구역으로 하는 지역이 특별시, 통합특별시(시ㆍ군은 제외한다) 또는 광역시(군은 제외한다)이거나 「섬 발전 촉진법」에 따른 섬지역 중 농가호수가 700호 미만인 지역으로서 농림축산식품부장관이 지정ㆍ고시하는 지역인 경우에는 300명 이상으로 한다.
